How much is shipping?

We currently ship within the continental U.S. Shipping fees apply on orders under $50, but all orders over $50 ship free. You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We use USPS First Class Mail for standard shipping.

What if my package gets lost?

If your order was misplaced or delayed by the carrier, email us at elliot@ejpets.com and we’ll look into it right away.
